Best hangover buster: Spicy Shredded Beef Nachos!
They're clean, friendly, and quick with their service.
Even during their lunch rush, the line may be long but they serve them pretty quickly. -

Took forever to make my personal pizza.
First day eating a pizza here super early at 11:05AM and was told that it would take 7-10minutes since I'm the only customer in wait line(employee with glasses). I then ended being here for 22-25min half my lunch brake. Could have been easier if I was told 20+min, don't think I'll be back here again too much delay even with no wait line.
P.S - my pizza was cooked very crispy well done, I don't think I ordered the crust like this or is it because I got 5+ toppings, or did your team forget about my pizza cooking in the oven as everybody was in the back of restaurant prepping for all the customers that generally arrive at noon(12PM)?
Was I neglected or what's going on here? -

This place is very stingy. I requested to have my order of pozole with two scoops of hominy and they refused. They basically wanted to serve me a watered down version of pozole. A bowl of just the broth.

Cilantro's biggest strength is location, they are located below two major office buildings in DTLA. I would never go out of my way to eat here, the quality of the food is very inconsistent. I got a burrito one week and it was pretty good and the burrito bowl a second time and I couldn't even finish it. There's definitely better options downtown if you have time to take a full lunch break.

Overpriced, average Mexican food.
They're almost certainly the Subway of Mexican food. They offer a good variety of options but they're all made without care.
